Left Paducah, KY just before sunrise this morning.  Drove up to the John Deere plant in Davenport, Iowa and delivered the excavator.  Then reloaded with a John Deere 300D Dump Truck that is going over to Lebanon, Pennsylvania. 

My permits for this load don't start until Monday so I went over to the Daily yard in Bettendorf, IA for the rest of the weekend.  I can plug in there so I don't have to run the generator.

Another easy day.  Left Knoxville at sunrise and drove to a truck stop in Paducah, KY where I stopped until Friday morning.  Got there, dropped my trailer and did some errands before the weather set in.  Made it just in time.  Started raining as I was hooking back up to my trailer.  Might see a few snow flurries, not sure.  On the border as to weather we'll see rain, or snow, or both.  It doesn't matter.  I'm gonna watch football all day tomorrow anyway.

Left early this morning and delivered the generator first thing.  Then went up to Kernersville, NC and loaded a Hitachi Z250G Excavator that is going out to Davenport, Iowa.

Had a nice afternoon on the road except I went through Knoxville, TN at rush hour.  Had a bit of bumper to bumper there.  Stopped for the night at the Petro truck stop west of Knoxville.

Easy day.  Went to Simpsonville, SC first thing this morning and delivered the wheel loader.  Then drove over to Newberry, SC and loaded a Caterpillar 3512 Generator that is going up to Randleman, NC.

They have a crane scheduled for tomorrow morning to unload.  I stopped for the rest of the day at a truck stop in Linwood, NC.

Easy day today.  Drove to the TA truck stop in Spartanburg, SC.

 Last Gator home game this season.  Can't believe how fast this season went by.  Only one more game left.

Very early this morning I drove in to Prairieville, LA and delivered the wheel loader.  Then went back to Hammond, LA and loaded another Caterpillar 930K wheel loader that is going to Simpsonville, SC.

Got on the road in good time.  

BOY, the crazies were out today!!  In the video below you will see two that happened only two minutes apart.  The first one is pretty obvious.   In the second one watch the little blue car that passes me.  It is easier to see if you blow it up to full screen.

Got on the road real early this morning.  Left Florence, SC and pushed it hard all day.  Stopped for the night, 732 miles later, at the TA truck stop in Slidel, LA. Deliver tomorrow morning about 100 miles from here.  While I was eating dinner, saw one of the Monday Night Football production trucks pull into the truck stop for fuel.  Must be playing in the Superdome Monday.  The photo below was pulled from the internet but that is the truck I saw.

Was at the unloading location at 7 am, as requested.  Unfortunately the crane didn't get there until 10:30.  Then backed into the unloading area and waited for the crane to get set up.  That takes a while!

Then it was finally my turn.

After that was off I went over to Clayton, NC and loaded a Caterpillar 930K wheel loader that is going to Prairieville, LA.

Left there and drove to the Petro truck stop in Florence, SC for the night.

Got started a half hour after sunrise this morning.  Very nice, uneventful day on the road.   Drove up to a small truck stop in Greenville, NC.  Deliver in the morning a few miles from here.

Drove to Thomasville, GA this morning to load.  They weren't ready.  At 11:30 they finally were ready to load.  Loaded a boiler that is going to Greenville, NC.

Didn't get very far today.  Stopped for the night at a truck stop in Waycross, GA.

My truck is all fixed now and I'm back on the road after a few great days off.  Drove a short hop over to the TA truck stop in Lake Park, Georgia.  I load tomorrow morning in Thomasville, GA.

I left Jacksonville at 1:30 this morning and drove down to West Palm Beach and delivered the skid steer.  Turned right around and drove back to the Daily yard in Jacksonville.  Will be here for the rest of the week.  Going to have some work done on the truck and trailer.  Ordered the parts yesterday.  They will be in tomorrow. Just parts $750.  And I got a deal on them, normally over $900.

Had to wait for paperwork so I could deliver this morning.  It finally arrived and I went to deliver.  Found out after I got there that it was the wrong paperwork.  So I waited some more.  When it got there I was able to unload.  After unloading I had a bunch of trailer problems getting hooked back up.  That took another hour and a half.  Still had to wait for someone to show up and sign off on the paperwork.  Of course, they were all at lunch.  Had to wait some more.  A little while after they were supposed to be back from lunch someone showed up and signed off on the paperwork.  Left there and drove straight to the Daily yard in Jacksonville for the night.  Total waste of a day!!

Easy day today.  Drove to the Love's truck stop in Brunswick, GA.  Got the truck washed when I got here.  Now I'll relax with a weekend full of football!!!
